Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
Salary: £7,335.90 per annum

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in enabling our stores to support the amazing charity work YMCA do, and working alongside and deputising for the Store Manager, you will work effectively and efficiently to maximise income for the shop and promote the work of YMCA within the community.
Working as a first line manager you will bring with you experience of working in a retail environment and/or with volunteers.
You will have the ability to support and deputise for the Store Manager and a desire to work creatively and encourage creativity in those you work with.
