Bodyshop Manager – Grimsby
Our client, a fantastic, well established employer and privately owned group, is looking to recruit an experienced Bodyshop Manager
This opportunity would suit an exceptional Bodyshop Manager with experience running a strong, well established bodyshop in one of the group’s most profitable sites
As Bodyshop Manager, you will lead a fantastic team in delighting their customers and getting it right the first time.
You will be responsible for the productivity and efficiency of the Bodyshop department.
You will also be handing and dealing with our customers both internal and external.
Managing the Productive and Administration staff
Managing a team consisting of, Estimator, Administrators, Advisors, productive Panel/Paint/Prep Techs
Working in an approved Body Shop.
About you
Experience and understanding in all aspects of running a Bodyshop and Insurance claims are essential therefore you will already hold a similar position in the motor industry.
This is a sales-focused role that would suit a forward-thinking, people orientated person, and you will ideally be Audatex and VDA accredited but this is not essential
You must have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner as the majority of authorisations are negotiated over the telephone.
Working knowledge of Audatex Enterprise and E.M.A.C.S. would be an advantage.
The right person will need to be great with people and customers, driven and competitive, understand the Health & Safety requirements of a Bodyshop operation, and be ready to join the very best!
Further training will be provided with huge career prospects
Working hours/days:
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
Salary:
£30k basic
£40k OTE
