Service Care Solutions - Social Work
This position requires you to work as part of the wider Business Support team, to provide flexible and resilient support to all internal and external customers across Lincolnshire County Council through provision of administrative, clerical and/or other associated supportive functions. They would like you to deliver excellent customer service as part of a multi-skilled team ensuring work is completed within an allotted times and meets the standard for the team. This is a full time position currently working Monday – Friday paying £12.20ph. Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working within admin
- Enhanced DBS
- Previous experience within customer service and call handling
