Tradewind Recruitment is excited to announce that we are currently seeking a skilled and reliable caretaker for a Further Education College in Grimsby. The position offers a competitive pay rate of between £11 and £14 per hour and has the potential to go from temporary to permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the college facilities.
Performing routine maintenance tasks.
Ensuring the security of the college and its grounds.
Responding to maintenance requests from staff.
Key Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Please note that an enhanced DBS check will be required for this position.
