Customer Service Advisor – Barton-Upon-Humber (DN18)£22,460 per annum + £500 quarterly bonusMonday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (40 hours per week)No Weekends or Evenings!
Due to expansion, our client is looking to for Customer Service Advisors to join their growing, dedicated team in Barton-upon-Humber.

DUTIES
- Providing high quality customer service experiences
- NO COLD CALLING OR SALES
- Assisting customer enquiries from initial order to fitting
- Liaising with showrooms
- Proactively resolving customer queries
- Building and maintaining relationships

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in customer service (whether it is call centres, retail, hospitality, care etc.) is required
- Must be able to commute to Barton-upon-Humber daily
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced role
- IT Literate and proficient in Microsoft
