As aCustomer Experience Officer, you will ensure that customers experiencing damp and mould in their homes receive a customer first response that addresses the actual concern, supports that customer to understand how damp and mould occurs, supporting them to reduce their impact to the problem and ensures that resolutions are identified and addressed where the asset is at fault. Further ensuring that the customer is consistently updated regarding progress towards a resolution. Supporting the customer through the disrepair process and assisting key teams to find a resolution to any claims This role specifically interacts with and success in role is reliant on developing relationships and working closely with the following services: customer experience, complaints, disrepair, assets and housing. You will play a pivotal role inDelivering a Customer First response to customer damp and mould enquiries and disrepair claims & be the centralised conduit to the resolution of these enquiries.
