BWD are supporting a long established national advisory business in the recruitment of a qualified and ambitious financial planner. The successful hire will inherit a highly profitable client base, this base offering one of the best earning opportunities within the team.
Working from a home base you will service and develop an existing client base containing a strong amount of high earning individuals and wealthy retirees. Alongside the development and growth of this client base you will generate additional new business opportunities by way of referrals and support from the company’s marketing / business development team.
The company have embraced remote working and as such the role offers the opportunity to allow advisory to offer remote client appointments, allowing advisers to conduct 80% of appointments remotely and work extremely efficiently. Located in or around South of the Humber and North Lincs region is important if meeting face to face is required.
Offering a highly competitive bonus scheme that is paid on a quarterly basis the role offers additional bonus opportunity upwards of £30k in addition to a basic package of c£45k to £55k as well as a car allowance. Understanding the importance of motivating new joiners the business also offers realistic and achievable measures in the first 12 months that will allow bonus to be earned from joining.
