Housing Administrator – Sustainability £24,000+ Cleethorpes Your new company You will be joining a growing business who specialises in providing consultancy advice to residential and commercial properties around energy efficiency, air quality and sustainability. They are looking to grow their team in Cleethorpes with a new consultant who will manage their own portfolio of clients. This role offers excellent training and progression routes within a growing sector. Your new role You will work closely with the managing director of the company to provide support and guidance to both residential and commercial property developments. You will undertake EPCs for new builds, creating reports on energy efficiency, air quality, dynamic building assessments and carbon assessments. You will write reports for planning and technical assessments. This role will involve some site visits and meetings with planning boards. What you’ll need to succeed Due to this being quite a niche role to the local area, our client is looking for candidates who embody the ethos of the company and display willingness to learn about a new industry. If you have strong communication skills, good attention to detail, knowledge of Microsoft systems, are methodical with a good eye for detail, they would like to hear from you. Previous candidates who have been successful in the role have come from varying backgrounds but benefited from the bespoke training and support, allowing them to progress quickly into leadership roles.
