The Vacancy
This role revolves principally around using people, payroll, Flexipay, technology and project management skills and their application to onboard new customer’s before seamlessly handing over to processing teams.
Project Work Responsibilities:

Liaise with Head of Projects / key stakeholders to ascertain priorities for on-boarding of new client payrolls and ad-hoc projects.

Responsible and accountable for the success of your allocated payroll setups and ad-hoc projects, meeting, and exceeding customer expectations.

Consider ways to streamline a new customer payroll to boost efficiency.
-
Identify and effectively manage ‘service creep’ to ensure Dataplan’s services remain profitable.

Feedback any issues and suggestions to Head of Projects to help aid process and/or system improvements.

Ensure quality standards and ISO procedures are adhered to.

Work closely with the Project Co-ordinator to ensure deadlines are met in accordance with the project plan in addition to documentation has been issued to clients.

Participate in team meetings.

Attend customer facing meetings as and when required.

Work additional hours when required.

Supporting and completing an in-depth handover with the ongoing processing teams following on from a new payroll setup and taking responsibility for the ongoing success.

Effect new field setups requests, employee delete requests, report amendments and other ad-hoc duties when required for processing teams.

Effectively manage expectations, both internally and externally.

Responsible for customer disengagements.

Responsible for keeping your allocated projects updated on Project hub.

Assist in profile raising of Dataplan via social media, forums, linked in etc.

Approximately one week of training will need to be completed at the Grimsby office initially. Expenses will be covered but you must be happy to attend this.
