We, at GSL Education, Lincolnshire are looking for a Fully Qualified Mathematics Teacher to work for long-term/permanent placements. This is a full-time, challenging post which requires a diligent and energetic individual to inspire young learners to be passionate about the subject and achieve their goals academically.
Minimum requirements to be an eligible candidate of Mathematics Teacher:
Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), also suitable for ECT’s
Be able to teach Mathematics to GCSE and preferably A-Level
Be a committed educator who understands how special educational needs affect the teaching and learning methods used by young people.
Have an Enhanced Child Only DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education.
As a Mathematics Teacher your responsibilities will include:
Planning and creating an interesting and innovative Mathematics curriculum.
To engage young people, using all available tools, online resources, etc.
Supporting positive behaviour throughout the school by adhering to the school's ethos and behaviour management policy.
Promote independent learning among all pupils.
Be an integral and responsible member of the Staff
