Rate: £70-£100 per day, depending on experience

Principal Resourcing are actively working to recruit a Pastoral Support Assistant to work across our parentship secondary academy schools based in Grimsby, Lincolnshire . There is a requirement for both day-to-day and long-term cover to meet the needs of the schools.

We are specifically looking for Pastoral Support Assistants with knowledge and experience of the KS3/KS4 curriculum. As a Secondary Pastoral Support Assistant, you will work under the instruction and guidance of the Class Teacher to assist with the management of pupils in the classroom during delivery of lesson input and learning activities. You may be required to carry out work in the classroom and outside the main teaching area to meet the needs of the pupils in your care.

The ideal candidate will support children in a nurturing and inclusive environment to expand learning opportunity and engage them as active participants in their learning journey. Working as part of an effective staff team to deliver an awe-inspiring curriculum that promotes resilience, independence and a love of lifelong learning.
