Payroll Manager – Grimsby – £27,000 – £30,000Chase & Holland are excited to be working exclusively with a well-respected, successful and growing company with a turnover in excess of £100m and multiple sites to recruit a Payroll Manager. As Payroll Manager you will take full responsibility for the end to end payroll process and lead various improvement projects, including implementing a new payroll and T&A system then developing processes. Payroll Manager Responsibilities:
Manage four payrolls from start to finish including salaried and 4 weekly payrolls

Setting up and maintaining new starters and processing leavers

Accurately check and process all hours worked including recording all absences

Calculate holiday entitlement and monitor holiday taken

Calculating and processing of SSP and SMP in line with current legislation

Build and maintain effective relationships with site management teams to ensure accurate payroll communications

Drive process and procedures including supporting with the implementation of a new payroll and T&A system

Export weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports as required
Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within an end to end payroll position

Ability to work efficiently and accurately with a keen eye for detail

Ability to lead various improvement projects

Excellent communication skills with people across the team

Strong numerical skills

Ability to work of own initiative
