Our client, a highly successful business in the technology sector, based in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, is looking to recruit to the job of Payroll Clerk.

Your new role
You will process payroll and subcontractor wages in a timely and accurate manner for 3 companies in the Group. This will include creating and maintaining employees’ and subcontractor payroll records, calculating wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance and timesheet records, entering payroll information into the central system for processing, issuing employees’ checks and earnings summaries and completing payroll reports.

What you’ll need to succeed
You must have broad ranging payroll experience using Sage. You must be a strong team player, highly organised and be able to work on your own initiative. You must honour confidentiality and adhere to all payroll policies and procedures ensuring all relevant laws are complied with.
