Purchase Ledger Clerk
Salary £23,000 – £25,000 per year
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
There is a new exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the dynamic team. Based within the Accounts Department at the state-of-the-art Dealership based in Grimsby, you will work alongside the dealership teams across different sites, managing all associated duties relating to the purchase ledger department.
Reconcile statements for all accounts on aged creditors.
Chasing missing documents from suppliers and making sure the ledgers are accurate.
Request missing documents from suppliers and process on ledger.
You’ll be able to plan your own and others work to tight deadlines.
Working with spreadsheets
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in purchase ledger ideally 2 years.
Experience using Microsoft office particularly excel.
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent administration, typing and data entry skills.
Experience: purchase ledger – 1 year (required)
Working knowledge of spreadsheets,
Highly organised and conscientious
You’ll be accurate with superb attention to detail
Possess the sort of confidence and communication skills that inspires trust in colleagues and suppliers alike.
Day shift – Monday to Friday
