Recruitment Assistant
Location – Grimsby – Hybrid and flexible working hours are available
Rate of pay – £11-£14 per hour
Duration – 3 months
Sellick Partnership are partnering a housing association in the Grimsby area with the recruitment of a Recruitment Assistant to work alongside their internal recruitment team
Duties will involve:
Follow up calls to candidates and clients
Assisting with resourcing and following up applications for internal job posts
Supplying interview preparation to candidates
Assisting the team with compliance and reference checks
Advertising on job boards
The ideal candidate will have::
Good written skills
An approachable, friendly phone manner
Organised and adaptable
Have some recruitment experience (This is not essential)
The role will suit someone who is looking for part time hours- This can be negotiable with times and vary between 15-20 hours a week
