Due to expansion and continued success Meridian Business Support currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their Industrial team in Grimsby. This is an excellent long term career opportunity for a dynamic sales driven and ambitious individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing new business opportunities
Building and maintaining partnerships with new and existing clients and candidates
Sourcing and matching candidates to vacancies
Conducting candidate interviews
Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
The successful candidate:

Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
Articulate with ability to sell

Good level of IT literacy
Eye for detail in order to complete compliance checks
