Rate of Pay: Up to £220 per day, depending on experience.
Principal Resourcing are actively working to recruit Secondary Teachers to meet the increased demands of day-to-day and long-term supply cover, for our local secondary schools across Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire .
Ideal candidates will be reflective practitioners with the ability to adapt learning to meet the individual needs of the children in their care. Setting the highest expectations of achievement and behaviour management, working as part of a successful team to plan and deliver an inspiring and engaging curriculum.
You can expect to be paid up to £220 per day depending upon your experience and the role requirements.
Within the role you will be required to:
Have good classroom control and be able to follow the school’s behaviour policy
Teach, plan and prepare lessons that will engage and enthuse learners
Be creative in your teaching approach with an ability to raise attainment
Have a commitment to develop the personalities, talents and abilities of all students
Display an enthusiasm to learn and develop professionally
Have a willingness and enthusiasm to commit to the expectations of the role and desire to contribute to extra-curricular responsibilities
Skills and attributes:
Relevant qualifications – QTS Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert. Ed etc.) or equivalent
SAT’s experience desirable
A proactive team member, committed to raising standards and achievement
