HR Advisor – Grimsby – Up to £35,000 Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a multi-site PE backed, fast-paced logistics and distribution business based in Grimsby, who are looking to recruit an experienced and confident HR Advisor to join their team. Working closely alongside the HR Manager and HR Officer you’ll provide professional and accurate HR advice and guidance business wide across multiple sites. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute and play a key part in a number of critical projects and strategic change programmes. Benefits:

HR Advisor Responsibilities:
Working closely with line managers to carry out the full recruitment process
Preparing and issuing documentation for new starters
Supporting and participating in projects for the HR department
Assisting in the process of work reviews and change processes
Providing support to Line Managers and the HR Manager across a variety of complex ER cases
Providing day to day HR advice and guidance
Updating and maintaining the HR system
Ensuring the leaver process is caried out accurately and analysing exit interview data
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualified
Self-starter with excellent organisational skills
Proven experience of working within a similar role
Experience of working within unionised environments
Strong communication skills with hr ability to develop relationships across all levels of the business
