Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Showroom Manager to run a fantastic kitchen and bathroom showroom in a prime location! Our Client is a growing retailer with ambition and drive to become the best in their field! We now need a Showroom Manager to join the business and drive the team and the sales figures forwards.

We are looking for a Showroom Manager who is customer centric, has a strong understanding of sales/design and can develop a team to drive customer service at all times and have a direct impact on the business.

What we want in our new Showroom Manager:

  • Manage a team to achieve the highest levels of sales and service at all times
  • Drive retail sales and performance with your team at all times
  • A Showroom Manager who can provide a personal service to customers
  • Must be commercially aware and able to understand business performance and react to areas that are under performing
  • Ensure the floor team are set up operationally to deliver the best customer experience which will then maximise sales
  • Experience in working in a kitchen/bathroom/bedroom industry is desirable, or experience in Interior design

As a Showroom Manager, it is essential that you have a passion, drive, and energy for delivering a great customer journey and that you are great at leading, supporting, and challenging a team to deliver a high-performing team and showroom.

We are looking for an experienced showroom manager who has a proven track record in coaching sales professionals or staff within interior design to create exceptional customer experience that drives exceptional commercial results. You will be passionate about customer and brand experience creating an environment for our existing team to thrive. Alongside this you will bring the resilience and tenacity needed to challenge, influence, build a high performing team who are focused on the customer at the heart of everything they do.
