Functional area: Administration
Opportunity within RWE’s renewable business for a Site Administrator to work within our Offshore Wind team in Grimsby, on the Triton Knoll Offshore Wind Farm project.
Principal Accountabilities, including but not limited to:
All aspects of general administration.
Support to site team based in the office including arranging travel, accommodation, meeting rooms and events.
Contact management to include greeting guests, answering calls, and inter-department liaison.
Handling and distribution of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Maintaining the filing system and certain document control responsibilities.
Raising and tracking purchase orders, good receipting and payments
Co-ordinating meetings, drafting agendas and taking minutes.
Arranging team conferences, workshops and events.
Training coordination
Stock control of stationary/PPE
Various ad-hoc duties that arise in terms of office administration.
Skills and experience
Good communication skills, must be comfortable liaising with a wide range of people at all professional levels.
Reliable, self-sufficient, and motivated with a willingness to learn.
Able to demonstrate team working skills and good administrative abilities.
Organised with excellent attention to detail.
Sound IT skills, in particular MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, sharepoint, Teams and SAP.
