Our Corporate and Commercial team enjoy a national reputation, advising on a diverse range of business matters from large corporate transactions with individual values of up to £200m, to helping new business owners start their new ventures from a position of strength. Our Commercial work is typically sector-led, with strong links into Energy, Education and Agriculture industries.
Through our extensive networks and as a result of subsequent referrals, our Corporate and Commercial teams are growing; add to this recent internal promotions, now has never been a better time to join this dynamic practice area.
You will:
Bring a commercial acumen that stands you apart, positioning you an invaluable source of advice and support for our clients
Be a technically strong lawyer and able to quickly identify potential issues and provide compelling solutions
Have an ability to communicate, to work collegiately and independently and able to build relationships with clients and referrers, both internally and externally
