Responsible for: All ATC 2 staff including Workshop Manager, Parts & Store Manager, Administration Manager, Administration Team, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Compound Operatives, Valet Operatives, SMART Repair Operatives, Technicians, Bodyshop Staff, QC and Imaging Operatives. Key Duties: Daily operational ownership of Humber Operations including but not limited to: General organisation of all activities at ATC2. To always lead by presence and example and adopt a continuous improvement outlook. Issuing of instructions to reporting staff. To act in a professional and proactive manner and build a respectful and knowledgeable relationship with all customers. Participate and contribute to strategic and operations meetings commensurate to the General Manager role and as directed by the Director of Technical Services. Contribute to strategic planning and provide proactive input to strategy meetings with the senior management team / BoD and customers where required. To manage staff efficiency and plan improvements with Director of Technical Services. Deputise for the general Manager where required. Ensure constructive and efficient communication links with employees & Managers Ensure that high product standards are set maintained and monitored; Ensure consistent level of high staff morale and report any issues arising in relation to staff morale and employee relations to Director of Technical Services where appropriate. Ensure oversight of efficient daily/weekly operations, controlling all shift hours to ensure requirements are met. Strict control of attendance, time and overtime. Monitor all staff training requirements and ensure all training records sent to HR for centralised filing. Control of all Company/Customer I.T hardware within the operations. Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of damage using correct systems and procedures. Ensure that all Company rules directives are adhered to in accordance with the Company Policies and Procedures. To compile reports as directed by the Director of Technical Services. To be prepared to work flexibly in order cover all hours stipulated by the Director of Technical Services. To monitor and approve all holiday requests for reporting staff in conjunction with the operation requirements. To hold informative staff meetings with all staff and customer if required. Conduct employee disciplinary procedures, through to Final Written Warning. Any other incidental duties required by the Director of Technical Services and/or to provide service to the customer. Salary Range of $45,000 to $55,000 per annum, depending on skill and experience.
